In this modern and evolving work environment, call centres are becoming more and more common This course is developed in conjunction with a fully operating call centre. It is a great introduction to the call centre environment, because you will actually spend time in the workplace, to see what this fast-paced work environment is like, first hand.

This course is suitable for a career-changer, a job seeker with strong team player skills.

You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the work in a busy call centre. This helps you gain a greater appreciation of what individual job roles actually involve, and provides clarity around this as a potential career for you!

With the recent return of call centres to our shores, there are many opportunities for suitably trained people to gain employment in this career.

Participants will be eligible to apply for any relevant positions at Aussie Broadband.

80% of  past students gained employment when they successfully complete this course.

     This program is offered as a pre-accredited course and is funded by ACFE through Learn Local organisations. The primary purpose of pre-accredited training programs is to provide vocational training to engage the most educationally disadvantaged learners and initiate vocational and/or employment pathways for them.
To be eligible you must at least be 18 years of age and have a Green Medicare Card (Permanent Resident or Citizen). Other eligible Visa holders include Visa (subclass 444 New Zealand citizen), Temporary Protection visa, East Timorese asylum seeker – Please advise if you hold one of these Visa Categories.
